We are seeking someone with proficiency in one or more of the following areas: Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities: - Collect requirements and design advanced analytics ranging from descriptive to predictive models, machine learning techniques, and further AI and RPA. - Monitor incoming data analytics requests, execute analytics as requested, and distribute the results efficiently and effectively. - Plan and moderate periodic data analytics champions meetings and communicate required information with the team. - Develop, implement, support, and maintain data analytics protocols, standards, and documentation. - Analyze complex data, identify anomalies, trends, risks, and provide usable insights to improve internal controls. - Prepare documentation and analytic dashboards/reports that effectively and efficiently provide summarized results, analysis, and conclusions to stakeholders, with supporting details readily available. - Address ad-hoc analytics requests and facilitate needed data acquisition to support internal projects, special projects, and investigations. - Contribute to internal activities for overall process improvement, efficiencies, and innovation. - Communicate data requirements and ensure the global team receives access to the source information needed, understanding data relationships to business processes. - Assist global teams with the use of inquiry of key systems to facilitate understanding of data in the business process. - Participate in department technology leadership work streams on support, knowledge management processes, and use of tools. - Prepare written summaries to accompany results and maintain documentation. - Understand business requirements and communicate effectively with business stakeholders. - Clearly explain what the data and results indicate and how they can be utilized to support project objectives. Skills Desirable: - Bachelors or Master's degree in computer science or related field. - Internship or project experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering. - Knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure. - Proficiency in Python, R or others. - Exposure to database concepts to help acquire, query, and maintain the data environment (e.g., MS SQL or others). - Proficiency in developing user friendly and interactive dashboards on Data visualization tools such as Power Bi, Tableau or others is a plus - Knowledge of various machine learning techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks is a plus - Experience in building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines and data transformations using Databricks, Trifacta, etc., with knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus - Knowledge of advanced analytics, statistical techniques, and concepts (e.g., regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests) and experience with applications is a plus Business Acumen: - Ability to learn, adopt, and apply business concepts in a short amount of time. - Develop analytics solutions using technical and business domain knowledge. Communication & Presentation: - Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment. - Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. 2570791
