Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional to

manage and streamline all aspects of data, MIS reporting, and ERP operations. You will

be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end LOGIC ERP system, digitizing legacy

paper-based databases, ensuring data hygiene, and supporting senior management with

actionable reports.

This is a critical role at the intersection of operations, technology, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Management (LOGIC ERP):

Act as the primary administrator for LOGIC ERP across modules (inventory, billing,

finance, client orders, vendor management, etc.)

Liaise with ERP support teams for troubleshooting, upgrades, and customizations Monitor and ensure accurate data entry, integrity, and reconciliation across all ERP

modules

Train internal staff in using the ERP system efficiently

Create user manuals or SOPs for internal ERP processes

MIS & Reporting:

Design and generate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports on sales,

stock, client orders, tailoring pipeline, procurement, and delivery timelines

Create dashboards for senior management using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools

(Power BI/Tableau preferred but not mandatory)

Provide insights on operational KPIs to improve business decision-making

Data Digitization & Database Management:

Convert and systematize existing manual records and paper-based databases into

structured digital formats

Create and maintain clean, relational databases for:

Client records (measurements, preferences, past orders)

Fabric inventory

Vendor details

Production timelines & delivery schedules

Establish protocols for data validation and periodic audits

Operational Support & Process Improvement:

Map out existing processes and suggest automation/digitization improvements

Support coordination between departments (production, sales, procurement) by

streamlining data workflows

Ensure compliance with internal policies and client confidentiality (especially for

high-profile clientele)Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce, IT, Business Administration, or related field

24 years of experience in data management / MIS / ERP operations

Prior experience with LOGIC ERP system

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

Strong understanding of data structures and MIS reporting logic

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of inventory / supply chain processes in apparel or retail industry

Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)

Comfort with working in a luxury / high-end retail environment

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
