Position Summary Level: Analyst As an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will support high-quality project delivery by executing assigned tasks with attention to detail and accuracy. You will collaborate with team members to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, contribute to solution development, and document key findings. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, work in dynamic project environments, and develop foundational consulting skills. Work you'll do: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements to support solution delivery. Participate in designing, coding, testing, and deploying software components under the guidance of senior team members. Support defect tracking and resolution to maintain solution quality and client satisfaction. Contribute to maintaining project documentation and knowledge repositories. Engage in Agile team activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Take initiative to learn new technologies and business processes and share insights with the broader team. Seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve individual performance and support successful project outcomes. The team: AI & Data offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to: - Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing - Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions - Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or related fields - Must have strong hands-on experience with Python programming language - Solid foundation in Agentic AI concepts and building intelligent agent systems - Proficient in Tool calling/creation for enabling AI agents to interact with external tools and APIs - Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for context management in AI applications - Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques for optimizing LLM and agent interactions - Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agent applications and workflows - Good understanding of Gen AI fundamentals and awareness of current trends in the field - Knowledge of Transformer architecture and its role in modern AI systems - Experience with API integration for connecting AI systems with external services - Familiarity with Workflow orchestration patterns for managing complex agent tasks - Exposure to AWS services including Lambda and Step Functions for serverless architecture - Understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns - Ability to follow research papers and understand emerging approaches in Agentic AI - Work with a team of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, and other Data & AI professionals to contribute to projects from inception to implementation - Assist in building and improving AI agents and identifying opportunities for enhancements - Contribute to documentation and best practices for Agentic AI implementations - Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and continuous learning initiatives - Drive a human-led culture of Inclusion & Diversity by caring deeply for all team members Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Familiar with Docker containerization, GIT, and version control practices - Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services - AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute is preferred Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
