🔹 Position: Data Integration Engineer 📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid)) 🕒 Experience: 5+ Years 📅 Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role Zywave is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Integration Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including Zywave products, ERP platforms, and internal tools. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and operational efficiency across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions that support business operations and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Integration Development & Maintenance: - Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and data consistency. - Data Flow Monitoring & Troubleshooting: - Monitor data pipelines and integration processes. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to maintain data accuracy and minimize business disruption. - Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: - Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Documentation & Best Practices: - Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, workflows, and data mappings. Enforce best practices for data management and ETL standards. - Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and efficiency. Recommend and implement modern tools and practices. Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related roles - Strong proficiency with SSIS and other ETL/integration tools - Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and integration patterns - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills - Strong collaboration abilities and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Service Bus - Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration best practices - Exposure to ERP systems (e.G., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus Technical Proficiency - ETL Tools: SSIS, Azure Data Factory - Cloud Integration: Azure Function Apps, Service Bus - CRM: Salesforce - Databases: Microsoft SQL Server - Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint) Why Zywave Zywave empowers insurers and brokers to drive profitable growth and thrive in today’s evolving risk landscape.
