Career Opportunity Sales Officer at a Leading Electric Vehicle Manufacturer We are a prominent Electric Vehicle manufacturer committed to driving innovation and sustainability Currently we are inviting applications for the position of Sales Officer in Jamtara As the Sales Officer you will be responsible for driving sales growth expanding market share and managing dealership retail networks within your assigned territory You will lead and support a team of sales representatives if applicable ensure customer satisfaction and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or a related field MBA is a plus 3-7 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the automotive or EV industry Strong knowledge of electric vehicle products charging infrastructure and the evolving mobility landscape Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel distribution networks Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools Job Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for EV products in the assigned area Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners dealers fleet operators and key customers Identify new business opportunities and markets to increase revenue and expand the EV customer base Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and issue resolution Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns events and promotions Track sales performance metrics prepare reports and present insights to senior management Conduct regular training product knowledge sessions and performance reviews with channel partners and internal teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to EV sales and customer interactions What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunity to work in a fast-growing future-focused industry Career advancement and professional development programs A dynamic and inclusive work environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Application Question s We are looking for immediate Joiners can you Join Immediately What was your sales target in last current company How much did you achieve Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Preferred Experience Field Sales 3 years Required B2B sales 3 years Required License Certification Driving Licence Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Required Work Location In person
