Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
- Plan and oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and structure for SEO.
- On-Page & Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content production.
- Create content briefs based on keyword and search intent research.
- Technical SEO: Monitor and improve site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, and schema markup.
- Work closely with web developers to implement technical fixes.
- Maintain and optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, etc.
- Off-Page SEO: Develop and manage link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links.
- Build and maintain partnerships for earned media and guest posting opportunities.
- Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Use data to iterate and continuously improve SEO strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven SEO experience in a senior Experience in SaaS
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with major SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow,WordPress, Shopify).
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Google Analytics and/or SEO certification(s) a plus.
