Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer (Finishing Works) based out of our project in North Bengaluru to oversee and manage on-site execution of villa finishing activities. The role involves close supervision of the labour team, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Cladding, plastering, painting, tile and marble laying, CP Sanitary fittings, windows and door fitting, and other related finishing tasks.

Key Responsiblities:

- Supervise and guide labour teams in executing finishing works with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure proper installation and finishing of cladding, plastering, painting, tile and marble laying, CP Sanitary fittings, windows and door fitting as per design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for timely execution of finishing activities.
- Inspect and monitor daily work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Maintain site records including labour attendance, material usage, and daily progress reports.
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure finishing works meet the required quality benchmarks and client expectations.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and assist in preparing site-level reports for billing and procurement.
- Implement site safety measures and ensure labour teams follow health & safety protocols.
- Support the project manager in planning, sequencing, and scheduling finishing activities to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–7 years of site experience, with a strong focus on villa finishing works.
- Proven expertise in cladding, tiling, marble laying, plastering, painting, and joinery works.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate labour teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings.
- Knowledge of finishing material specifications and industry best practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in luxury villa or high-end residential finishing works.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and finishing standards.
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools and reporting formats.
- Experinece in AutoCAD and other related tools and software.
