Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Description Key Responsibilities: - This position specifically requires candidates who speak Malayalam, Hindi and English. - Identify and onboard micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. - Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid campaigns based on performance metrics. - Coordinate product seeding and ensure timely delivery and campaign execution. - Brief influencers on campaign objectives, messaging, and product USPs. - Monitor, track, and analyze influencer performance and content quality. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and content partners. - Leverage influencer-generated content across other marketing channels (ads, website, social). - Edit and repurpose influencer videos for reels, ads, YouTube Shorts, and other formats. - Ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics, skincare messaging, and current trends. - Stay updated with industry trends, creator landscape, and competitors influencer strategies. Requirements: - 13 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media partnerships (experience in skincare/FMCG preferred). - Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. - Basic to intermediate video editing skills (using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of what makes good UGC/content. - Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness is a huge plus.
