Job Summary Waiter Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders serving food and beverages and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests The role also includes setting up tables maintaining cleanliness and assisting with billing and order processing Key Responsibilities Guest Service Order Taking Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items specials and recommendations Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen Food Beverage Service Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Ensure proper presentation and correct temperature of food before serving Refill beverages and attend to guests needs throughout the dining experience Table Setup Cleanliness Prepare and set tables with clean linens cutlery glasses and condiments Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area Clear tables efficiently after guests leave and reset them for the next seating Billing Payment Handling Present bills to guests process payments and return change if needed Handle POS Point of Sale systems for order entry and billing Customer Interaction Issue Resolution Address guest inquiries requests and complaints courteously and professionally Ensure guest satisfaction and escalate issues to the manager if necessary Compliance Safety Follow food safety and hygiene standards Comply with restaurant hotel policies and service standards Qualifications Skills Prior experience as a waiter steward or in customer service preferred but not mandatory Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food and beverages including wine pairing is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables Basic math skills for billing and order calculation Contact us 9437498003 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 7 000 00 - 9 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Education Secondary 10th Pass Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
