Job Description Job Title: AWS Architect Type: Permanent Locations: Chennai, Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud-native solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - AWS Services Expertise: - In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with core AWS services including: - EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda - VPC, IAM, AWS EventBridge - AWS B2Bi (EDI Generator), EKS - Logging and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, OpsView) - Cloud Architecture Design: - Design scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud architectures - Evaluate and recommend best-fit AWS services for various workloads - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies - Networking & Connectivity: - Strong understanding of VPC peering, Direct Connect, Route 53 - Load balancing strategies and implementation - Security & Compliance: - Implement IAM policies, encryption standards, and KMS - Ensure compliance with frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform - Maintain reusable and modular IaC templates - DevOps & CI/CD Integration: - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions - Container orchestration with Kubernetes, EKS, OpenShift - Helm chart implementation and lifecycle management - Monitoring & Optimization: - Set up and manage monitoring dashboards and alerts - Optimize performance and cost using CloudWatch and third-party tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, OpsView Preferred Qualifications: - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) - Experience in enterprise-grade cloud migration projects - Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
