As an Manual QA Engineer, you will play a vital role in verifying the functionality, stability, and performance of our industry-leading electric vehicle charging platform. Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases for web and mobile applications—including both new features and existing product customizations. - Perform white-box and black-box testing across client, server, and integration layers. - Review product requirements and specifications to define clear, testable criteria. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth and high-quality releases. - Proactively identify potential risks, report bugs, and recommend improvements to enhance product reliability and performance. - Stay up to date with industry trends, QA tools, and best practices to continuously improve testing efficiency and coverage. Requirements: - 3+ years of hands-on QA experience testing complex, large-scale software systems. - Solid experience with both client-side (UI) and server-side (API/backend) testing. - Proficiency in validating RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, or equivalent. - Experience working with browser developer tools (Console, Network tabs). - Ability to analyze logs across different environments and systems to identify and isolate issues. - Experience working with various databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) for test validation and investigation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a passion for getting to the root cause. - Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). - Highly self-motivated, organized, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and in teams. Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points) - Experience in Linux/Unix-based environments. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Understanding of Tomcat, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks. - Exposure to AI-based testing tools or AI-assisted QA workflows. - Experience using automated data analysis or anomaly detection tools.
