Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant at Hotel Le Seasons, located in Delhi, India. The Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, answering phone calls, managing emails, and supporting the hotel's operations. Responsibilities include updating records, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to guests. The Assistant will also be expected to handle any guest inquiries and ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for all customers.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including managing daily tasks, scheduling, and updating records
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
