Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Germany Counsellor in Gurugram. The Germany Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students and parents on higher education opportunities in the Germany, providing information on college admissions, application processes, exams, and courses. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, addressing queries, maintaining detailed records of counseling interactions, and organizing workshops and seminars. The role requires strong communication skills to assist students in making well-informed educational decisions. Job Title: Senior UK Counsellor Location: Delhi / Gurgaon Experience Required: Fresher Industry: Overseas Education / Student Counselling About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Senior UK Counsellor with proven experience in student counselling for the UK. This is a high-engagement role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can handle a large volume of student interactions daily (120150 quality counselling calls) and consistently meet monthly and intake-specific targets. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the UK education landscape and a successful track record of guiding students through the admission process, from initial interest to final enrolment. Key Responsibilities Counsel and guide prospective students for higher education in the UK through 120150 outbound calls per day. Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25%, ensuring a strong follow-up mechanism and timely closures. Provide personalized counselling to students, helping them choose the best-fit universities and courses based on their profiles and preferences. Stay up-to-date with the latest UK university application processes and scholarship opportunities. Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets aligned with business goals. Maintain comprehensive case notes and track all leads and conversions via CRM tools. Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience and optimize counselling effectiveness. Share best practices with junior counsellors and contribute to team training efforts if required. Requirements Strong knowledge of the UK higher education system, application timelines, and admission criteria across a broad range of institutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student conversion targets in a performance-driven environment. Comfortable managing a high volume of student engagements daily in a structured, efficient, and professional manner. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a student first approach.
