Job Title Freelance IT Recruiter 3 Years Domestic Clients Location Work from Home Remote Engagement Type Freelance Compensation To be discussed during interview About Us We are a leading IT staffing company catering to top-tier domestic service-based clients across India We are expanding our team of freelance recruiters who can work independently and deliver quality profiles across technologies and domains Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for domestic service-based clients Contract Full-time roles Understand cl ient requirements job descriptions and priority demands Source candidates through Naukri LinkedIn internal databases and other tools Screen evaluate and validate candidates for technical and cultural fit Schedule interviews manage coordination and ensure smooth communication Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and joining Maintain reports on submission and closure status Requirements Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment for domestic service-based clients Strong in sourcing mid-to-senior level IT roles across multiple technologies Exposure to Contract-to-Hire C2H and full-time hiring models Proficient in job portals LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques Self-motivated with excellent communication and coordination skills Must be able to work independently and deliver within deadlines Benefits What We Offer 100 remote work with flexible working hours Steady flow of IT requirements from reputed clients Long-term engagement opportunities based on performance Support from internal delivery teams when required
