Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong foundational understanding of design principles, eager to contribute to a variety of projects and grow their skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various marketing and communication materials.
- Create and edit visual content, including but not limited to, social media graphics, flyers, banners, email templates, and presentations.
- Assist in the production of digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and innovative design ideas.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
- Stay current with industry trends, design software updates, and new techniques.

Skills Required

- Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio showcasing creative work and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
- Time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
