Senior Manager, Vca Managed Services People And Process Optimization Lead

Company Description Visa is a world leader in payments and technology with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers merchants financial institutions and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative convenient reliable and secure payments network enabling individuals businesses and economies to thrive while driven by a common purpose - to uplift everyone everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid Make an impact with a purpose-driven industry leader Join us today and experience Life at Visa Take ownership of processes and guidelines for Managed Services delivery for the region Build relationships with market teams to optimise the project set-up and initiation process across the region and reduce pain points Act as the owner of best practices and case studies and disseminate these around the region Working with Sourcing procurement to onboard and manage regional talent sourcing vendors Work with internal partners such as sourcing HR finance and legal building strong relationships to improve processes around contracting tax and hiring Manage VMS knowledge management and ensure clear documentation of processes key learnings and best practices Support people and culture initiatives across the AP region for the Managed Services Team Support other Managed Services projects as needed This is a hybrid position Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager Qualifications Basic Qualifications 12 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree e g Masters MBA JD MD or 2 years of work experience with a PhD A strong sense of curiosity to understand the way things work and how to solve problems within a large matrixed organisation Ability to be self-directed and an independent worker who can take ownership of the role Familiarity with Managed Services as a business Experience working with vendors or agencies Superior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage complex projects Strong team orientation with a collaborative diplomatic and flexible style able to work effectively in a matrixed organisation Excellent detail orientation ensuring the highest level of quality rigour in work product Excellent communication and presentation skills including strong oral and written capabilities and the ability to communicate through presentation and guides Highly organized and self-motivated results-oriented individual Preferred Qualifications Ideally have worked in consulting managed services recruitment workforce or project management type role Experience working in a regional support team Expert user of Microsoft office tools especially PowerPoint Post graduate education Master s degree will be highly regarded Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law
