- Develop and execute asset management policies, procedures, and processes for effective Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Govern existing documents and ensure timely updates of all HAM documentation.
- Represent the organization during internal and external audits for HAM, ensuring zero non-conformance.
- Manage NIST-related audits pertaining to HAM and work toward improving the NIST score.
- Support RFP processes for client audit controls.
- Perform HAM KPI reviews, including asset accuracy validation.
- Ensure all hardware assets comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Utilize ServiceNow's HAM module to automate and streamline asset management processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive CMDB to track and manage hardware assets across their lifecycle.
- Embrace a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth by building relationships, taking ownership, and contributing to business strategy.
What You Must Have
- BE or equivalent degree with end-to-end IT Asset Management knowledge.
- Proven experience in Hardware Asset Management and audit readiness.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliver meaningful outcomes.
