About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce SFDC Architect with a strong background in real estate operations and CRM automation The role involves leading the design development and optimization of Salesforce solutions that align with the organization s business goals ensuring seamless integration across sales pre-sales CRM and marketing functions Key Responsibilities Solution Design Architecture Define and implement scalable Salesforce architecture tailored to real estate business workflows System Integration Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business systems such as marketing ERP and customer portals Customization Optimization Design automation flows data models and reports that enhance team productivity and client management Technical Leadership Mentor the SFDC development and admin teams ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Sales CRM and IT teams to translate business needs into efficient technical solutions Governance Data Security Maintain compliance with data protection laws ensuring data integrity accuracy and accessibility Performance Enhancement Monitor system performance and implement proactive solutions for scalability and stability Key Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field 8 years of Salesforce experience including 3 years in an Architect or Lead role Proven experience implementing Salesforce in real estate or property management domains Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and system integrations Proficiency in Apex Visualforce Lightning Components and API integrations Salesforce Application Architect Technical Architect certification preferred Excellent communication leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Key Result Areas KRAs 100 uptime and seamless functioning of Salesforce platform Successful implementation of new modules with zero business disruption Reduced manual processes through automation and workflow optimization Enhanced reporting accuracy and faster decision-making support for management Job Type Full-time Pay From 30 000 00 per year Work Location In person
