Job Title HR Manager Department Human Resources Reporting To Management Director Location Vardhmaan Housewares LLP Job Summary The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes This role involves managing recruitment employee relations performance management statutory compliance payroll coordination and supporting a positive work culture aligned with company goals Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Handle end-to-end recruitment job posting screening interviews and selection Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain and update manpower records 2 Attendance Payroll Compliance Verify daily attendance leave records and overtime details Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing Ensure statutory compliance with PF ESIC PT LWF and other labour laws 3 Employee Relations Grievance Handling Address employee queries grievances and disciplinary matters Maintain a healthy work environment and effective communication Conduct counselling sessions or disciplinary meetings when required 4 Performance Management Assist management in setting KRAs and evaluating employee performance Maintain appraisal records and suggest performance improvement plans 5 Training Development Identify training needs and arrange in-house or external training programs Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness 6 HR Policies Documentation Develop and update HR policies as per company and statutory guidelines Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation 7 General Administration Support Oversee housekeeping security and office discipline in coordination with admin Support management in employee engagement and welfare activities Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Management 4-8 years of experience in HR roles preferably in manufacturing or corporate setup Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software attendance payroll Salary As per company policy Based on interview and experience Kindly share your resume on hr1 rrmgt gmail com and contact on 9081819471 Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Work Location In person
