Job Description

This role is for a highly dynamic individual with exception skills in program management providing oversight, tracking risks, managing escalations and updating senior leadership

. Role: Technical Project Manager
. Experience: 12-15 years

Mandatory Requirements
. 6+ years proven experience in managing multiple projects Or programs with ability to multi task

- In-depth knowledge of the Java programming language,,,and related technologies.

. Exceptional delivery and risk management experience
. Develop delivery plans, monitor their health and evaluate risks
. Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodology, project management tools, techniques and methods
. Excellent knowledge in integration with upstream and downstream processes and systems
. Ensure compliance to establish standards, quality goals and other defined processes
. Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders towards desired business outcomes
. Ability to navigate through complex environment, meeting stakeholders, converging ideas into concrete plans
. Assist delivery functions to achieve their delivery goals
. Self-driven, be able to work independently with minimum supervision
. Solution oriented individual with excellent communication and analytical skills
. Flexible and adaptable working style to work with multiple stakeholders
. Flexible to work in UK Shift hours
