Job Description Job Description: Medical Sales Representative Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Representative with experience in piles-related products to join our team. The primary role is to promote and sell our medical product to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, solid medical product understanding, and a proven ability to build long-term relationships in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Promotion - Promote and sell our piles-related medical product to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as surgeons, gastroenterologists, and pharmacists. - Conduct product presentations, demos, and educational sessions for healthcare professionals. - Influence prescribing habits and product recommendations through effective selling techniques. - Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends. 2. Customer Relationship Management - Develop a strong network of healthcare professionals to generate leads and achieve sales targets. - Provide prompt and professional support for inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions. - Conduct regular follow-ups to share updates, collect feedback, and strengthen customer trust. - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align on strategies and customer needs. 3. Market Analysis & Reporting - Collect insights on competitor activities, pricing, and market movement. - Track and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare periodic reports on sales calls, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Compensation - Salary includes Daily Allowance (DA) - Attractive Commission on Sales - Performance-based growth opportunities.
