Manager Civil Basic We are seeking for Manager Civil who will be responsible for managing all civil engineering and construction activities related to the distillery facilities You will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity safety and compliance of the distillery s infrastructure This position requires strong project management skills a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders Duties and Responsibilities Project Management Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with regulatory standards Develop project plans schedules and budgets and regularly report progress to senior management Infrastructure Design and Maintenance Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to design plan and implement civil infrastructure projects for the distillery Ensure the maintenance and repair of existing civil structures including buildings roads drainage systems and utilities Compliance and Safety Ensure all civil engineering activities adhere to local state and federal regulations including building codes and safety standards Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all employees and contractors Vendor and Contractor Management Select hire and manage contractors architects and engineering firms for civil projects Negotiate contracts review proposals and ensure that contractors deliver work according to agreed-upon specifications Budget Oversight Develop and manage budgets for civil engineering projects ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency Monitor expenses identify cost-saving opportunities and report budget variances to management Risk Management Identify potential risks related to civil engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or cost overruns Collaboration and Communication Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including production maintenance safety and environmental teams Report progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders regularly Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation including drawings specifications and reports Provide regular reports on project status milestones achieved and potential challenges Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience in civil engineering and project management preferably in the industrial or distillery sector Strong knowledge of construction methodologies building codes and safety regulations Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills Job Location Bathinda Punjab Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
