The SAP Operator will be responsible for creating Purchase Requisitions PRs in SAP based on inputs provided by the Project Management Team PMT The role involves ensuring accuracy in material service codes cost centers project codes quantities specifications and delivery dates while adhering to company procurement policies and SAP workflows The SAP Operator will coordinate with PMT for clarifications maintain proper documentation and audit trails and liaise with the procurement team for smooth conversion of PRs to Purchase Orders POs Additional responsibilities include generating PR status reports resolving SAP-related issues in collaboration with IT support and ensuring compliance with established processes Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor s degree preferably in commerce or engineering with 1-3 years of experience in SAP MM module or procurement operations Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines are essential for success in this role
