Role:

We are looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and build a career in the dynamic fields of real estate media, content creation, and PropTech.

As a Management Trainee, you’ll work closely with various departments and gain exposure across the following areas:

- Content Creation: Research and write engaging articles, features, and news updates
- Creative Writing: Contribute to web content, storytelling, and editorial projects
- Operations: Assist in day-to-day workflow management and internal coordination
- Marketing: Support digital campaigns, SEO initiatives, and audience engagement

What You’ll Learn:

- Cross-functional collaboration in a digital media setup
- Insight into the Indian and international real estate markets
- Digital publishing tools and marketing strategies
- Editorial standards, fact-checking, and audience-driven content planning

Requirements:

- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Journalism, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive tools
- A strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills
- A team player who is curious, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Passionate about learning, digital media, and the real estate ecosystem
