Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations across all group entities ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with statutory requirements Establish and maintain strong financial controls accounting policies and reporting standards across the organization Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports Handle all government related queries and correspondence related to statutory filings tax compliance and other regulatory matters ensuring timely resolution Manage end-to-end accounts payable receivable payroll and general ledger processes Prepare and analyse CMA Credit Monitoring Arrangement reports financial projections and performance analysis for banking and funding purposes Support financial planning budgeting and forecasting including analysis of Capex and Opex to aid strategic decision-making Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and taxation standards Collaborate with business and finance leadership in driving cost optimization profitability analysis and cash flow management Support the implementation and optimization of ERP and accounting systems for process efficiency and accuracy Lead mentor and develop a high-performing accounts team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Preferred candidate profile CA -Inter CMA MBA Finance M Com or equivalent qualification 812 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance with at least 35 years in a managerial or group-level role Proven experience managing multi-entity accounting operations exposure to diversified sectors energy logistics or manufacturing preferred Strong knowledge of Indian accounting tax and compliance frameworks Experience in ERP accounting systems and digital finance transformation is an advantage High integrity analytical thinking and a hands-on leadership style Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Gender Male Age Below 45 yrs only Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 56 162 35 - 74 941 75 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
