This role offers a unique blend of technical and customer-facing experience, providing exposure to both sales and after-sales service of advanced respiratory care equipment. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with key doctors and specialists, including: General Physicians (GPs), Diabetologists, Pulmonologists, ENT Specialists, Sleep Medicine Experts, Hospital Purchase & Biomedical Departments • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for healthcare professionals and Dealers. • Generate leads and support business development in assigned territories. • Participate in conferences, workshops, and CMEs to promote Greenwells product portfolio. Service Responsibilities: • Installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance of Sleep and Respiratory Care equipment. • Provide on-site and remote technical support for hospitals and homecare patients. • Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training on device usage. • Maintain accurate service documentation and ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
