Position Summary:

We are hiring a full-time Management Trainee Intern for a 3-month in-person internship at our Gurgaon office. This role offers structured exposure to business consulting, startup operations, and venture capital processes. The internship is a stepping stone for individuals looking to build a career in management consulting, business strategy, or venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and prepare sector analysis reports.
- Support in business plan creation, pitch deck development, and investor documentation.
- Participate in startup evaluation and due diligence activities.
- Assist in client coordination, project planning, and operational tasks.
- Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Previous internship experience in consulting, startups, or VC (preferred but not mandatory).

Internship Details:

- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Gurgaon (in-person, full-time)
