The Role We're hiring aUI/UX Designerwho's as comfortable inFigmaas they are exploringAI-powered design workflows. You'll craft intuitive user interfaces, engaging user experiences, and occasionally designmarketing assets, visuals, and short-form videosfor campaigns and product launches. If you live at the intersection ofdesign, storytelling, and tech, this role is for you. What you'll do - Design clean, intuitive, and visually engaging UI/UX for digital products and web experiences. - Build interactive prototypes and wireframes inFigma. - Collaborate with product, growth, and engineering teams to bring ideas to life. - Createmarketing and brand visualssocial posts, landing pages, campaign creatives, and short-form videos. - UseAI tools(e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, or Figma AI features) to enhance creativity and productivity. - Stay updated on design trends, motion design, and AI-powered creative workflows. What you bring - 3+ years of experiencein UI/UX or product design. - Deep proficiency inFigma(auto-layout, prototyping, design systems). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout. - Experience creating marketing visuals, short videos, or social content (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar). - Comfortable using and experimenting withAI toolsto accelerate design or content creation. - A sharp eye for detail, but fast enough to ship in startup time.
