Manager - Cyber Security

Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, mentor and manage a high-performing Team
- Communicate with various stake holders within VW group for requirement management and reporting
- Work with VW s suppliers to define work packages and track deliveries.
- Strategic leadership, risk management, compliance, and continuous monitoring of cybersecurity initiatives for VW software components.
- Capture detailed technical requirements for VW standard software component (SOK FM)
- Collaborate with various stake holders to integrate security throughout the lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and technical guidance on issues
- Responsible for cybersecurity policies, processes, competency management and best practices
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new cybersecurity technologies and methodologies
Skills:
- Fluent communication skills to communicate with customers and suppliers
- Proficient in automotive cybersecurity engineering concepts (ISO21434)
- Good knowledge of automotive FuSa knowledge (ISO26262)
- Software development exposure with AUTOSAR BSW, especially on SecOC, Crypto libraries, DCM and DEM modules
- Programming skills (C/C++/Python)
- Good understanding of automotive ASPICE process especially system and software requirement

- Technically sound and strong leadership skills to drive cybersecurity initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Strong Risk management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
