Identify and target Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT companies with strong brand recognition and reputation. Develop strategies to engage with Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT Companies and promote the benefits of recruiting students from the institution. Coordinate meetings and presentations with representatives of companies to showcase the talent pool of students. Collaborate with faculty and alumni to leverage connections and referrals for Marquee, Super dream, Core, Dream and Regular IT company recruitment. Organize employer visits, guest lectures, and industry-specific events to foster networking opportunities for students. Coordinate job fairs, on-campus recruitment drives, and internship programs to connect students with potential employers. Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging career paths to provide relevant information to students. Collect feedback from employers and students to continuously improve placement processes.
