Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Consultant with hands-on expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to drive business efficiency across IT and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

ITSM (IT Service Management):

- Design and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Customize forms, workflows, business rules, and UI actions to align with business requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to streamline and automate service management processes.

ITOM (IT Operations Management):

- Configure and deploy Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
- Ensure accuracy and health of the CMDB by integrating discovery tools and third-party systems.
- Work with infrastructure and operations teams to monitor and manage the performance and availability of services.

HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery):

- Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
- Collaborate with HR teams to automate processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee transitions.
- Ensure data privacy, role-based access, and compliance with HR policies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proven expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), and HRSD modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow Studio.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL framework.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/ITOM/HRSD.
- Experience with domain separation, multi-tenant environments, or large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Exposure to HR integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
