The trainer must adapt instructional methods to fit the learning styles of participants and stay current with new technologies to keep training content relevant and up to date.Key Responsibilities Design and Deliver Training Sessions: Develop and present engaging, interactive, and easy-to-understand computer training sessions that meet the needs of a diverse learner audience. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and learner performance. Prepare progress reports and submit them to supervisors or clients as required. Technology Setup and Maintenance: Set up training environments including hardware, software, and audiovisual equipment. Ensure that all tools function properly before and during training sessions.
