Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Define and Engineer product component Safety requirements.
- Work with the system supplier to fulfil Functional Safety requirements.
- Conduct system and vehicle tests for functional safety validation of system.
- Participate in review of Product component safety architecture & design
- Define Fail safe mechanisms.
- Vehicle/Hil integration tests for Functional Safety validation.
- Manage the application of the functional safety process.
- Support in development of Artefacts required for Functional safety Audits as per ISO26262 guidelines.
- Support in creating safety analysis (FMEAs, FMEDA, FTA, HARA, HAZOP) and review
- Work with the multiple suppliers to complete the DIA, safety plan and support the development of the functional safety and technical safety concept.
- Support the feature, systems, and hardware and software teams in the completion of the ISO26262 work products. Work with them to manage the development per the safety plan.
