Job Location: Hyderabad and Pune Mode of Work: Work From Office Experience: 8+ years (including 1-2 years in JDP/Guidewire Digital apps) About The Job We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guidewire JDP Lead to spearhead the implementation and customization of Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform (JDP) applications across Property & Casualty Insurance clients. As a lead, you will oversee the architecture, design, and delivery of reusable digital solutions built on Guidewire JDP, ensuring best practices, performance, and scalability. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end implementation of Guidewire JDP-based applications (Customer, Agent, FNOL, etc.). - Define and maintain architectural patterns and reusable components using JDP Framework and React.js. - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into responsive and accessible UIs. - Customize JDP components and themes to align with client branding and functionality. - Integrate with Guidewire backend systems (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) via Digital APIs. - Set up and enforce CI/CD pipelines, code versioning strategies, and code quality gates. - Provide guidance and mentorship to developers on JDP, React, and Guidewire standards. - Collaborate with Guidewire product teams, customer stakeholders, and offshore teams. - Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and issue resolution across all phases of SDLC. - Create and maintain documentation for reusable assets, APIs, custom themes, and best practices. Requirements - 8+ years in front-end/web development; 1+ years specifically in Guidewire Digital / JDP. - Strong command of React, Angular, MFE, BFF Frameworks, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Design Tokens and JDP. - Deep understanding of Jutro theming, app scaffolding, and Digital SDK. - Experience integrating Guidewire APIs with Jutro apps via RESTful services. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile ceremonies. - Hands-on experience with GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, etc. - Proficient in unit testing, component testing, and e2e automation using tools like Jest, Cypress, etc. - Ability to lead and coordinate teams across time zones. - Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills. - JDP Associate Certification. - Experience working in Property & Casualty insurance domain. - Prior experience in migrating legacy Guidewire Digital apps to Jutro.
