Position Overview - Conduct manual and automated testing on the firm's technology applications to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive test plans. - Develop a solid understanding of the capital markets trade life cycle and associated products. Typical Responsibilities - Create test artifacts based on project requirements, perform end-to-end testing, and manage defect tracking and reporting. - Execute certification and conformance testing with brokers and exchanges. - Maintain and optimize test environments, identify opportunities for improvement and automation, and develop automation scripts. - Collaborate with global teams to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the testing process. Required Skills - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. - Strong understanding of trading systems and financial domain, with experience testing front office, back office, or risk applications. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple regions. - Hands-on experience with Linux environments and proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python).
