We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to support our remote office operations efficiently The ideal candidate should be proactive detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and communication skills This role involves handling administrative tasks managing correspondence and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Answer and direct phone calls emails and other correspondence professionally Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings appointments and travel arrangements Maintain an organized filing system for both paper and electronic documents Prepare edit and format documents reports Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Research and order office supplies while identifying cost-effective deals Maintain contact lists and manage company databases Handle sensitive information with confidentiality Support team members with various office tasks and projects as needed Manage and update the company s social media profiles and website content as required Qualifications Skills Required Education Bachelor s degree in any field Experience 2-4 years in office administration problem-solving and teamwork Proficiency in English Language Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement Experience Requirements Admin Work Minimum 1 year Required Total Work Experience Minimum 1 year Required Customer Handling Minimum 1 year Required Full Office Responsibility Minimum 1 year Required Problem-Solving Skills Strong ability to resolve office-related challenges efficiently We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented female candidate to take full office responsibility If you have a passion for administration and organization we encourage you to apply and join our dynamic team Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
