Job Description TA Specialist ( Talent Acquisition ) Company Name:- Rama Mining Tools Pvt Ltd Is one of the leading manufacturers, exporters and wholesale suppliers of Mining, Construction Tools and Demolition Tools from India ) Location:- Kalher Bhiwandi (toward kapurbawadi to anjurphata road ) ( Only nearby or candidate who can commute to the job location apply to this position ) Budget:- 25 to 30K Qualification:- Min graduation Max any Experience: 2 to 6 years ( Manufacturing, retail candidates preferred ). Working day :- 6 days ( 9:30am to 6:30pm , upto 4pm every Saturday ) Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. - Talent Sourcing: Leverage various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates. - Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide effective staffing solutions. - Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company's values and culture. - Recruitment Strategy: Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment strategies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and provide regular updates to management.
