Job Description Job Role : Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). Experience Level : 6 to 12 Years. Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida. Employment Type : Full Time. Notice Period : Immediate to 45 Days. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation and support experience in Oracle Cloud SCM with a focus on supply chain planning processes. Key Responsibilities - Work directly with business users to gather requirements and provide solutions in Oracle Fusion Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). - Configure, test, and implement ASCP functionalities, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Analytics. - Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution design, functional documentation, and user training. - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions related to planning modules. - Provide day-to-day functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in Fusion SCM Cloud applications. - Participate in full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations and support engagements. - Perform data migration, functional testing, and validation. - Stay updated on Oracle quarterly updates and assess impacts on business processes. Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM with at least 2 years in Fusion Cloud ASCP. - Strong functional knowledge in Fusion Supply Chain Planning, including:. - Demand Management. - Supply Planning. - Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). - Planning Central : - Experience with Plan to Produce (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes. - Good understanding of data flows, planning parameters, forecasting, and simulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Preferred Qualifications - Oracle Cloud SCM certification (Planning module) is a plus. - Experience in working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Exposure to Agile methodologies.
