Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in graphic design and product packaging. This role will involve designing high-quality visuals for digital and print media, as well as creating impactful packaging designs that reflect our brand&aposs identity and resonate with our target audience. As a senior member of our creative team, you will lead design projects, bring fresh ideas, and ensure our visual content meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:

- Create compelling and visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.

1. Product Packaging Design:

- Lead the design process for product packaging, from initial concept through to final production.
- Develop innovative packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the brands identity.
- Work closely with product managers to understand packaging requirements, such as materials, functionality, and user experience.
- Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.

1. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:

- Ensure all designs align with the brand&aposs visual identity and guidelines.
- Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the brand&aposs look and feel.

1. Project Leadership and Collaboration:

- Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to help them develop their skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align design work with broader company goals.

1. Trend Awareness & Innovation:

- Stay updated on the latest design and packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, exploring new design approaches to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Experiment with new techniques and tools to elevate design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design. Proven experience in a senior or lead design role is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience in creating packaging designs, including knowledge of dielines, mockups, and production-ready files.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and mockup software for packaging (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
- Creative Skills: Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
