Company CropData Technology Pvt Ltd Nagpur Job Title Pathology Lab Technician Job Location Purnea Bihar Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician to join our team in Purniea Bihar The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests maintaining equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of the lab Proficiency in operating various laboratory instruments is essential for this role Key Responsibilities 1 Conduct laboratory tests and procedures as required following standard operating procedures SOPs and safety guidelines 2 Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including - Microscope for examining slides and samples - Spectrophotometer for measuring absorbance and concentration - pH meter for measuring pH levels - Autoclave for sterilization - Basic knowledge of Chromatography techniques 3 Record and report test results accurately and efficiently 4 Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results 5 Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment adhering to safety and regulatory standards Requirements 1 Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology MLT or a related field 2 Relevant experience in a pathology lab setting 3 Proficiency in operating laboratory instruments including Microscope Spectrophotometer pH meter and Autoclave 4 Basic knowledge of Chromatography techniques 5 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 6 Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Skills 1 Experience with laboratory information systems LIS 2 Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures 3 Familiarity with histopathology and microbiology techniques If you re a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician with experience in operating laboratory instruments we d love to hear from you Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
