We seeking a talented SAP PM Plant Maintenance Consultant to join our dynamic team In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients plant maintenance processes by leveraging your expertise in the SAP PM module You will work directly with clients to understand their maintenance management needs and help them implement effective solutions Your responsibilities will include configuring SAP PM settings optimizing maintenance workflows and providing ongoing support to users If you are passionate about driving improvements in asset performance and supporting clients in their digital transformation journeys we want to hear from you Requirements Key Responsibilities Implement and configure the SAP PM module to meet client requirements Assess existing plant maintenance processes and recommend enhancements Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules Conduct testing and validation of SAP PM implementations Provide end-user training and support ensuring users are equipped to manage the SAP PM functionalities effectively Address and resolve any issues arising in SAP PM operations for clients Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline 3-5 years of experience working with SAP PM with a solid understanding of plant maintenance processes Hands-on experience in SAP implementation and configuration is essential Familiarity with additional SAP modules e g MM QM is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively work with clients and stakeholders Benefits Work with one of the Big 4 s in India
