Job Description What You'll Do - Validate models across financial domains, including consumer and commercial credit risk, marketing, fraud, account management to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and compliance.This position is supporting Corp Finance Stack ( Infra and Apps DBA prospective ) and play critical role during Monthly Finance Close activities and various enhancement from Corp Fin stack ( R12, OBIEE, EPM, WCI ). - Utilize Amazon Web services (AWS) to Designs, creates and maintains databases in a client/server environment - Works with end users/business analysts/systems analysts to develop database specifications and design maintain database dictionaries, access and reporting methods, data integrity and validation checks and procedures, statistical algorithms, documentation and overall monitoring procedures. - Oracle application DBA provides technical and functional support for database monitoring, database installation, database configuration, database administration, troubleshooting techniques, performance tuning and application system updates. What Experience You Need - 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12.2/Oracle Database 19C/Oracle Single Sign On (SSO), Oracle iRec (iReceivables), WebLogic Admin exp, Oracle OBIEE WL Admin, Oracle WCI Administration, Oracle 19C core DBA exp, Managing day to day AWS Infrastructure exp for all Oracle Databases. - All our systems are running on the AWS platform which includes RDS Databases as well as Databases installed on EC2. - Implement, enforce and adhere to Disaster Recovery plan for platforms.Single node & Multi Node cloning of Oracle Apps Instances in Normal and Shared Appltop Architecture.Update DBA Processes/Standards and documents (DBA Run book, Cloning, Upgrades, Issues/Resolutions ). - Monitor and troubleshoot Concurrent Manager Problems, Performance, Errors.Delivery and management of project instances.Manage EBS instances on the Oracle Public Cloud. - Troubleshooting and resolving Application and Database issues.Ensure database standards and controls are maintained. - Plan, enhance and execute database monitoring and alerts. - Oracle ADOP Patching, Cloning Single and Multi Node/iRec nodes. - Setting up LBR for multi nodes.Configuring TLS/SSL on all oracle products (DB and APP). - Handling and Fixing Security Vulnerability on a daily basis.Quarterly Password rotation and Applying PSU patches. - Perl, Shell, Sql & PL/Sql scripting for Alerts, Monitoring, Reporting & Auditing.Ability to develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts.Install, patch, upgrade, configure, tune and maintain the Oracle E-business Suite R12.2 and 19C Oracle databases. - Oracle E-business R12.2 application with IDM-SSO and iRec setup/configurations. - Serve as day-to-day technical lead for developers enhancements or problem resolutions.Analyze, design, develop, test and implement application enhancements. - Deploy code and setup changes to production.Participate in system administration and operational support (e.g., maintenance and support, reviewing and analyzing system logs and problem reports, adds, changes, backups, and file restores) and assist in monitoring of the system's performance and capacity planning. - Evaluates and implements new technologies, products and tools used in the application development environment.Analyze performance issues in the application, concurrent manager and database tiers of E-Business Suite installations. - Manage resources to provide assistance to development teams with tuning database queries, reviewing and testing patches, configuration and code migrations. - Develop purging, archiving, and cloning strategies. - Manage relationships with customers to understand customer and project needs and priorities.Plan for hardware and the software requirements and submit it to supervisor for review . - Prepare high level infrastructure requirements to support projects, understand the customer landscape.Evaluate customer demographics and prepare analysis reports. - Along with Apps DBA it is good to have Weblogic, IAM , OCI knowledge/experience. Ensures the design, build and run of our technology platforms deliver for both our external and internal customers in an efficient manner while appropriately managing associated risks. - Responsible for the management and operations of Equifax global infrastructure and services. Coordinates with Platform Engineering to modify patterns to improve reliability and cost efficiency of the platforms. Responsible for capacity planning and software license compliance for all platforms deployed globally. - Applies a theoretical knowledge-base to work to achieve goals through own work - Characterized by specific functional expertise typically gained through formal education - May provide guidance to others as a project manager using technical expertise - First-hand experience on cloud-based platforms including AWS and OCI. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
