Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Manager to oversee the administrative and support functions of our sales team in an academic services organization specializing in PhD assistance Key Responsibilities Sales Administration Coordinate end-to-end sales support for PhD assistance services including proposal documentation quotation invoicing and follow-ups Generate regular sales reports lead status summaries and performance metrics Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to academic teams writers editors mentors Handle customer follow-ups regarding payments documentation and service delivery timelines Administrative Management Maintain documentation and records of all ongoing and completed academic projects Liaise with internal departments to streamline operations Organize and track the status of academic deliverables and deadlines Prepare internal reports for senior management regarding workflow client satisfaction and staff productivity Assist in scheduling meetings interviews training and reviews for academic teams Client Coordination Support Act as a point of contact for client escalations related to project timelines or coordination Ensure timely communication with clients regarding progress document submissions and queries Maintain confidentiality and ethical compliance in all academic transactions Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree preferably in Business Administration Management or Education 3-5 years of experience in sales administration or academic project coordination preferably in an education PhD assistance company Excellent command over written and verbal English Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Hands-on experience with CRMs project management tools and MS Office especially Excel Word Ability to handle pressure and work on tight academic deadlines Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
