QUALITY CONTROLER Job description Position Quality Controller Company Kgees Fine Foods Pvt Ltd Location Pickle Production Plant Kerala Reports To Production Manager and Operations Manager About Us Kgees Fine Foods Pvt Ltd specializes in manufacturing high-quality food products including a wide variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles ground spices and rice powders We are committed to delivering premium safe and delicious products to our customers Quality is at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to join our team to ensure our high standards are consistently met Position Summary The Quality Controller will oversee the quality of raw materials production processes and finished products within the pickle production plant Working closely with the production team the Quality Controller will conduct regular lab tests and inspections to ensure that our products meet all quality and safety standards Key Responsibilities 1 Quality Testing and Control v Perform routine quality control tests on pickles and raw materials including 1 salinity 2 Acidity 3 Moisture content 4 PH level 5 Total soluble solids v Monitor and document microbiological tests to ensure product safety and compliance v Conduct sensory evaluations color taste texture on both in-process and finished products to maintain quality consistency v Test for preservative levels such as sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate to ensure they are within permissible limits 2 Process Monitoring and Improvement v Monitor critical control points CCPs throughout the production process to maintain quality standards v Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed v Ensure all equipment used in quality control tests is calibrated and maintained 3 Documentation and Reporting v Maintain accurate records of all tests inspections and quality control measures v Prepare daily weekly and monthly quality reports for the management team v Ensure all quality control documents are completed signed and filed in compliance with industry and company standards 4 Compliance and Safety v Ensure all products meet FSSAI standards and company quality guidelines v Conduct GMP Good Manufacturing Practices and hygiene checks within the production plant v Ensure compliance with all HACCP Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points and ISO quality standards if applicable 5 Team Collaboration and Training v Work closely with the pickle production team to maintain product quality throughout the production process v Train production staff on basic quality checks and hygiene practices v Provide support and guidance to the production team on quality issues as needed Key Requirements Experience Bachelor s degree in Food Science Microbiology Chemistry or related field Education 2 years of experience in quality control preferably in a food manufacturing environment Skills v Knowledge of quality control procedures for food specifically pickles v Hands-on experience with lab tests for salinity acidity moisture content and microbiological analysis v Attention to detail and ability to work systematically v Strong communication and reporting skills v Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word for record-keeping and reporting Other Requirements v Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and HACCP principles v Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices GMP v Ability to work effectively in a team environment v Proficiency in local language and English What We Offer v Competitive salary and benefits v A positive safety-focused work environment v Opportunities for professional growth in quality assurance We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Controller to join our team If you have the technical skills passion for quality and experience in the food industry especially in pickle production we invite you to apply Job Type Full-time Pay From 13 000 00 per month Work Location In person
