Job Title Telecaller Admission Counsellor Location Tirupati Organization SBMCH Tirupati Hospital Job Type Full-Time Experience 0-3 Years Freshers can apply Salary Based on experience Incentives Job Summary SBMCH Tirupati Hospital is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to support our Hospital Medical College admission counseling process The role involves interacting with students parents patients providing information about academic programs and hospital services guiding them through the admission process and converting inquiries into walk-ins or registrations Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students parents patients regarding admissions and service inquiries Provide information about Hospital services Medical courses fee structure admission process and facilities Handle incoming queries and document accurate information Convert leads into hospital appointments campus visits admission applications Maintain follow-up calls and ensure timely communication Update CRM call records and share daily reports Meet daily weekly calling and conversion targets Coordinate with the admissions department and front office teams Required Skills Strong verbal communication convincing skills Fluency in Telugu English and Hindi preferred Ability to handle queries professionally and politely Good computer knowledge - MS Office CRM entry Positive attitude patience ability to work under targets Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass Graduation preferred Experience in Hospital Telecalling College Admissions Counseling Customer service is an added advantage Working Hours 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Monday - Saturday Sunday may be required during peak admission season Benefits Attractive incentives for conversions Professional growth training support Positive workplace environment Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Tirupati Andhra Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Location Tirupati Andhra Pradesh Required Work Location In person
