We provide a marketplace, verified user reviews, and consulting services to simplify HR software purchasing. Role description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HRMS implementation consultant to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their HR processes and ensure smooth implementation across various modules, covering the full hire-to-retire cycle, including performance management. This is a full-time role for an implementation consultant located in Hyderabad.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HRMS Implementation
- Hands-on experience with one of the HRMS platforms (keka, greytHR, darwinbox, zoho).
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including performance management.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Consulting experience and strong project implementation skills
- Comfortable working in a structured project environment with deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
