Sales and Marketing Executive Location Sundernagar Institute Kanika s Nursing Academy Employment Type Full-time Kanika s Nursing Academy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our nursing courses increasing student admissions and expanding the reach of our brand through both online and offline marketing strategies Key Responsibilities Promote the academy s nursing courses offline online to prospective students and parents Handle student inquiries follow up on leads and convert them into admissions Visit colleges hospitals and nursing institutes for promotional activities Plan and execute local marketing campaigns seminars and events Distribute brochures posters and promotional materials Maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to generate leads Collaborate with the telecalling team and support them in converting leads Regularly report performance metrics and targets to the management Requirements Proven experience in sales marketing or education sector 1 years preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities Must be willing to travel locally for fieldwork Basic knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation Self-motivated and target-oriented Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Familiarity with the education coaching industry Knowledge of nursing or medical field is an added advantage Salary Fixed Incentives Based on Performance Working Hours Insert working hours - e g 9 00 AM to 6 00 PM Monday to Saturday Target-Based Role Job Types Full-time Part-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
