📌 Job Title: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) Specialist 📍 Location: Pune, India 🧑💼 Experience Level: Mid–Senior 📘 About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Support Specialist with strong knowledge of SAP CPI, SAP Employee Central, and SAP HR modules. The ideal candidate will support, troubleshoot, and optimize employee data replication between Employee Central (EC) and SAP ERP systems. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth and accurate HR data flow across systems. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Support all integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and standard Master Data Replication. - Analyze and understand integration interfaces, business rules, and data flow. - Review Employee Central (EC) employee profiles to identify and resolve data-related issues. - Coordinate with application owners and technical teams regarding data received via API, CSV, SFTP, and IDOC. - Monitor, configure, and troubleshoot EC → SAP ERP data replication. - Debug SAP ABAP programs and investigate issues using relevant SAP HR transactions. - Resolve replication errors related to infotypes, mapping, transformation logic, and data validation. - Maintain and update mapping tables and transformation logic based on system or business changes. - Ensure strong documentation of integration processes, troubleshooting steps, and error-handling flows. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant data transfer. 🛠 Required Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central and SAP HR (HCM) modules. - Solid technical knowledge of SAP CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP, and CSV-based integrations. - Experience in SAP BADI implementation for HR and integration processes. - Proficiency in SAP ABAP debugging and HR-related transactions. - Strong understanding of business rules, integration mapping, and replication logic. - Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex integration and data errors. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience supporting EC to SAP ERP replication is mandatory. - Strong documentation and analytical skills. - Proficiency in English. 💼 Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related field. 📌 Mandatory Skills for SAP CPI Specialist - Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI (monitoring, error handling, mappings). - Deep knowledge of SAP Employee Central (EC) data model. - Mandatory experience in Employee & Org Data Replication (EC → SAP ERP). - Good understanding of SAP HR module & infotypes. - Ability to debug SAP ABAP programs for integration/IDOC issues. - Strong experience in IDOC monitoring, error resolution, and reprocessing. - Knowledge of mapping tables and transformation logic in integrations. - Ability to identify root causes in EC, CPI, and SAP HR. - Experience working with SAP BADIs related to HR/integration. - Strong communication skills to work between technical teams and business users. 🌟 Behavioral Competencies - Strong problem-solving ability - High attention to detail - Ownership and initiative - Confidentiality in handling HR data - Team collaboration and communication
