Job Responsibilities;-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.Good knowledge of the Ms Excel.Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product.Respond to customer queries across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).* Attending inbounds and Outbounds calls* should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds ,insurance etc.* Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product* Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently* Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales* Query Handling & Problem solvingMaintain accurate client records in the CRM system.INTERESTED CANDIDATES APPLY Required Skills and CompetenciesA successful Telesales Executive should possess a blend of interpersonal and technical skills.
