Where an integrated approach of creative & media, helps us deliver an incrementally higher ROI. Who are you Wirality is seeking an intern producer to join the growing team. The role will have responsibility for all video shoots to create long form and short form content that help in raising the profile and reputation of Wirality as a brand with implications of driving new business, attracting new talent and positioning the agency against the competition. Reporting Of The Role This role reports to the Founder's office & Producer Core Areas Of Responsibility Will Be - Creation and management of video first podcasts - Creative ideation & execution - Management of other production projects Podcasts We Are Looking To Launch a Marketing Podcast Themed Around Everything From Business To Technology And Everything In Between. To Do So We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Join Our Team And - Own all things production around video shoots from pre to post production. - Tag with the strategists on the team to take the follower base for this property from 0 to 25,000+ subscribers within the next FY. - Own our portfolio of podcasts, both from a strategic and day-to-day execution standpoint. - Ideate, build and distribute our content with the objective of introducing Wirality to a new audience. - Work collaboratively with the Podcast team to produce all episodes from outlining, story structure, scripting, narrative, background work, interviews etc. - Collaborate with the music and editing team to define the voice, tone, music across all our podcasts and audio products. Creative Ideation & execution - Ideation and brainstorming - Referencing (Video and static) - Coordination during video production - Assist/Managing in shooting and creation of video content - Working with your creative director to see through a project from concept stage to execution. - Engage in opportunities to develop original content and concepts for web and mobile Video production & shoots - Help administer: - Talent Agreements & NDAs - Assisting with department operation: client relations, asset tracking, on-set production, to name a few - Issue talent contracts, session reports and completion reports. - Negotiate talent rates with agents and/or talent for specific projects - Forecast talent reuse on projects as needed based on creative and media plans - Attend meetings pertaining to production to help ensure the viability of a concept - Review creative materials (concepts, storyboard, various cuts) and advise Agency teams on talent, copyright and intellectual property issues, determine where clearances are necessary, and advise on next steps - Work closely with the Producer in all business aspects of production - Work with Agency legal counsel on issues including active contracts, updating releases, contract templates, risk assessment and indemnifications We appreciate Attitude over Aptitude and love hustlers (not the toxic kind) - 0 - 1 year of experience in marketing, video production or audio/video storytelling - Experience in a communications, corporate communications, Production or public relations role; in-house communications experience at a media or advertising agency experience a plus. - Ability to work in tight deadline situations and maintain excellent judgment in a very fast-paced environment. - Is proactive and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks - Excellent problem solving, prioritizing and analytical abilities - Adept and comfortable working through frequent change in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills - A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills - Diverse communicator to all levels within the organization - Thrives in a company of good people - Genuine belief in bringing your full self to what you do everyday, see work as a calling and a passion Other Requirements - Ability to commute to work - Own a laptop that you can use at work - Get us all tea (Just kidding, we drink coffee) The Platinum Rules For Working Here Are - Lead by example - EQ over IQ - Solution over problem Our Hiring Process - Resume Shortlisting We scan for experience, creativity, and a healthy obsession with design. - Screening Call A vibe check to ensure you're not a stock photo of a designer. - Assignment Round A mini design task to show us your chops.Initial Interview Meet the hiring panel, discuss your work, and share your ideas. - Final Interview A chat with our founderbring your A-game and authenticity. - Offer & Negotiation If the stars align, we'll make it official.
